Cassandra Henwood is a singer, songwriter, and rhythm guitarist based in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. Her original music is rooted in but not reducible to contemporary acoustic pop, with quirky lyrics coupled with catchy melodic lines that are reflective of her own angle and vision, but relatable to her audience. Cassandra holds a BFA in Musical Theatre Performance as well as an MBA in Business Administration. She has performed and taught music all over the Chicago land area. Her strong voice, engaging setlist, and writing chops are sure to captivate audiences of all ages.
